Justin Dionne
Biography
Justin has served in the agency for 27 years, after joining as a trainee examiner in 1997. He worked for 21 years in Official Receiver Services, becoming Official Receiver for Southend, London and, more recently, Public Interest Unit in 2018.
He became Chief Technical Officer in 2018, successfully leading the transition to one agency technical team and planning for a number of national interest compulsory liquidation cases, including Thomas Cook and British Steel.
Based in our South East Regional Centre in Croydon, Justin is also the Senior Responsible Officer for the centre – a role he will continue to hold.
Justin is a qualified accountant and a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association; having passed his Joint Insolvency Board Examinations in November 2014.
Although his two young children keep him occupied, he has a keen interest in cricket and enjoys the cinema and going to the gym.
Director of Official Receiver Services
The Official Receiver Services Director is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
They are responsible for the operational leadership and the performance of our Official Receivers, who are investigating and administering the estates of individuals subject to bankruptcy and companies in compulsory liquidation.
