Julian Murray
Biography
Julian Murray has been Deputy Head of Mission at the British High Commission Port Moresby since June 2025.
Before coming to Papua New Guinea, he managed consular services in Palestine and Israel, leading a team located in Jerusalem, Gaza (currently closed), and Tel Aviv.
Since joining the Foreign Office in 1997 Julian has also served in a variety of roles in Ulaanbaatar, Beijing, Baghdad, Chongqing, Sana’a, and Seoul.
