Julian Mahony

Biography
Julian is a senior civil servant with extensive leadership experience in large-scale operations, customer experience and digital transformation across the public and private sectors. Since joining the Civil Service in 2009, he has led major national programmes within the Home Office and UK Visas and Immigration, including the EU Settlement Scheme, delivering complex service transformation at scale.
At the Rural Payments Agency, he leads the strategic focus on customer centred service design and delivery, driving greater accountability, stronger use of insight and a more consistent end-to-end experience for farmers and rural businesses. Building organisational capability and leading high performing teams are central to his role
