Head of Transformation, jobshare
The Head of Transformation leads the transformation team, which is made up of Legal Aid Agency (LAA) staff and members of the project delivery function.
The vision of the transformation team is to lead the transformation of the LAA, through innovation, collaboration and inclusion, creating a better experience for everyone.
The team works closely with LAA Digital and teams across the LAA to implement change. This includes improvements to our digital services, as well as implementing policy changes.
