Jane Tiffany
Biography
Jane Tiffany is Head of Corporate Services and Assurance joining the Legal Aid Agency from the Government Commercial Organisation where she was a Deputy Director for five years.
Jane started her career in public service at the Legal Services Commission, working in a variety of roles across contract management and transformation. In 2015, she joined the Ministry of Justice Commercial team working in a range of roles and sectors, creating a new approach to business partnering and delivering a portfolio of strategic procurement and contract management across a £1.5BN portfolio.

The Head of Corporate Services and Assurance is responsible for all corporate functions to ensure the safe and effective running of the agency. The responsibilities include:
- Strategic planning including the LAA Strategy and Business Plan
- The LAA Inclusion Plan and People Plan
- Performance reporting and analysis
- Internal and external communications and strategic stakeholder engagement
- Risk management and Assurance
- Corporate Governance
- Information security, Health & Safety and business continuity
