Jane Reakes-Davies became Director of People at the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) in June 2025.

Before joining DVSA, Jane held roles including:

• Head of Human Resources for Pembrokeshire County Council
• Managing Director for First Cymru Buses Ltd
