Frank Rainford
Biography
Frank joined the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) in February 2017. He has responsibility for health, safety, environment, physical security, cyber, information governance, ICT/digital and the performance oversight of operations, projects, and mission delivery.
Prior to joining the NDA, Frank spent 3 years as the Executive responsible for the GE Aviation Aero-structures business in the UK. Previously he had spent 21 years with BAE Systems and predecessor companies in the UK and Saudi Arabia, holding several senior roles including Transformation and Project Management Director. Frank studied at Lancaster University gaining an MBA and MSc in Project Management and is a graduate of the Major Project Leadership Academy.
