Biography
Emma Churchill is Director General for Strategy, Analysis and Criminal Justice Policy. Previously, Emma was Director General for Economic and Domestic Affairs Secretariat after being Director General for Migration and Borders at the Home Office. She has also led work on process transformation in HMRC, and Civil Service reform in the Cabinet Office. She lives in North London with her daughter, Jennifer, and her dog, Smudge.
