Edward Nkune
Biography
Eddie leads the analytical team in the NFA and was appointed to the post of Director of Knowledge in 2009. The directorate looks at fraud loss and performance measurement, risk and analysis, intelligence, and information sharing. They have produced 4 annual fraud indicators, published in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013; each providing the most comprehensive detail of the level of fraud in the UK and the evidence for the effective targeting of resources by the counter fraud community.
Eddie has worked for over 19 years in the counter fraud field, primarily at the Serious Fraud Office. While there, he performed a wide range of roles including financial investigation, project management, service delivery, IT security and business change. Most latterly he was head of evidence management at the NFA.
