Donna Hill
Biography
Donna is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background spanning both the private and public sectors. She has worked for building design consultancies, education establishments, Welsh Government, NHS Wales and most recently the Office for National Statistics.
Donna brings a wealth of expertise in organisational change, HR transformation, employee relations, reward strategies, and workforce engagement. She is dedicated to creating positive and innovative workplace cultures, assisting leaders in overcoming challenges and spearheading initiatives that improve colleague experiences and organisational effectiveness.

The Director of People and Places oversees the departments responsible for:
- creating an employee experience and brand that attracts and retains critical skills
- human resources (HR) operations
- internal communications and engagement organisational development and design including learning and development and continuous improvement
- estates strategy
