Daniel Bateman
Biography
Daniel Bateman is the Director of Human Resources (HR) at His Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS). He has responsibility for workforce matters across HMCTS and is accountable to the Chief Executive Officer.
Daniel is an experienced senior HR professional and has worked across the public sector in both Civil Service and local authority settings. Prior to joining HMCTS, he held a range of senior civil servant roles across the Ministry of Justice, including Deputy Director roles leading HR Business Partnering, Senior Civil Service HR and HM Prison and Probation Service HR.
Daniel is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
