Ric Todd

Biography

Ric Todd is the Director for Parliamentary, Ministerial and Central Services at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.

Damian Roderic ‘Ric’ Todd began his career in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in 1980. He has served in Pretoria, Prague and Bonn before becoming the FCO Finance Director from 2004-2007. He was formerly both Her Majesty’s Ambassador to Warsaw and Bratislava and then as Governor of the Turks and Caicos Islands from 2011 to 2013. He served as British High Commissioner to Cyprus from 2014 to 2016.
