Clare Nichols
Biography
Clare Nichols became Director of Finance, Commercial and Corporate Services at the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) in July 2026. She had previously been the DVSA Chief Financial Officer since January 2023.
Clare has extensive background in finance and procurement within government, both in the UK and Australia. Her previous roles include Director of Procurement Strategy and Director of Budget and Business Partnering in State Government for Victoria (Melbourne, Australia).
Before moving to Australia, Clare had also worked at various senior roles in the Ministry of Defence and Treasury.
