Caroline Dulon
Biography
Caroline Dulon took up her post as Regional Director, London on 1 June 2022.
Before that, Caroline was a senior HMI and Assistant Regional Director in the South West of England.
Caroline joined Ofsted as one of His Majesty’s Inspectors in 2015. Before that she was headteacher of a large primary school, held several leadership roles in a range of schools and facilitated programmes to develop leaders.
Regional Director, London
Ofsted’s Regional Directors are responsible for Ofsted’s performance in a particular region. Each Regional Director leads a team of highly skilled inspectors to support improvement through inspection.
