Caroline Corby
Biography
Caroline Corby worked in the city for 13 years, specialising in private equity where she also served on a number of private sector boards across a range of industries. In 2007 she joined the Board of London Probation Trust (LPT) and served as Chair of LPT from 2012 until July 2014.
Caroline is Chair of the Peabody Trust, the Crown Prosecution Service, and the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care. She is Deputy Chair of the Security Industry Authority.
Deputy Chair, SIA
The Deputy Chair, SIA is responsible for:
- supporting the Chair in leading the Board and acting as a sounding-board and source of advice to the Chair
- deputising for the Chair when required at Board meetings
- where requested by the Chair, acting as a senior representative of the SIA and/or deputy, internally and/or externally
