Chief Executive and Director General, Jobs and Careers Service Operations
The Director General, Jobs and Careers Service Operations is responsible for:
- the day to day to running of Universal Credit and working age operations across Great Britain via jobcentres and service centres
- the provision of all working age face-to-face services through jobcentres, including the relationship with employers and other external partners
- leading the transition to a new jobs and careers service, part of the government’s Get Britain Working plans
