Andrew Gray
Biography
Andrew Gray is a Chartered Accountant and is the Audit Committee Chair (Designate) for UK Export Finance.
He also sits on the Board of Cboe Europe Limited where he is the Chair of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee. He is a Trustee of for The Epilepsy Society.
Andrew was previously a Senior Consulting Partner at PwC where he focussed on Financial Services. During his time at PwC he held several management roles including the Head of Financial Services Consulting and the Head of Banking Services. He was also the relationship Partner responsible for a number of the firms major international financial services clients. He advised many of the worlds leading banking groups on topics covering Organisational Transformation, Finance, Risk Management, Regulation and Compliance. He also worked with clients on major externally driven events such as responding to the Global Financial Crisis, Brexit and LIBOR transition.
