Ali Johnson
Biography
Ali Johnson has worked within the Civil Service since September 1984 working in various departments, Ministry Of Defence, Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food - now the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) - and including British Cattle Movement Service and the Rural Payments Agency. Her extensive experience includes Leadership roles in all aspects of Operational Delivery as well as a number of years working in Project and Programme Management. In 2024 Ali took on the role of RPA Operations Director. Previous roles in government include 2020 to 2024 Engagement and Operational Readiness Director ,2018 to 2020 - Interim BPS and Countryside Stewardship Operations Director and 2017 to 2018 - Interim Basic Payment Scheme Director.
