Our work requires a range of people, from those who are academically and research focused to those who are more hands on – the people who turn the theory into practice. Whatever role you’re in, you are innovative and passionate about what you do.

All our jobs are advertised on NHS jobs and the Civil Service recruitment site.

We aim to provide the best possible environment for career progression.

The diverse nature of our work means we’re able to offer you a range of career opportunities involving both national and sometimes international work. This is supported by an integrated programme of learning and professional development.

We expect all staff to behave in the following way:

  • work together, not undermine each other
  • speak well of each other, in public and private
  • consistently spend our time on what we say we care about
  • behave well, especially when things go wrong
  • keep our promises, small or large
