Platform4 is a wholly owned subsidiary of Network Rail, established to lead the regeneration of surplus railway land across the UK. Platform4 transforms brownfield rail-led land across the country to deliver well-connected homes, communities, industrial sites and workspaces.
Platform4 recently achieved a successful planning resolution for London Liverpool Street station, which will see the City’s landmark station transformed to increase capacity and accessibility, future-proofing the station for decades to come.
Other projects being delivered by Platform4 and Network Rail, working alongside partners in the public and private sectors, include Princes Exchange, Leeds and Forth Goods Yard, Newcastle.
Platform4 also provides asset management and land advisory services.
