Platform4 is a wholly owned subsidiary of Network Rail, established to lead the regeneration of surplus railway land across the UK. Platform4 transforms brownfield rail-led land across the country to deliver well-connected homes, communities, industrial sites and workspaces.

Platform4 is a public corporation of the Network Rail and the Department for Transport.
