Our governance
Magnox Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority.
Magnox Ltd is responsible for the safe and secure operation and clean-up of the it’s sites around the UK on behalf of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, and is funded by the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) to deliver the site closure programme.
The Magnox Ltd Board delegates day to day management to the Magnox Ltd executive team, comprising of the managing director and other directors.
Magnox Limited is a company registered in England under Company number 02264251 with its registered office at Oldbury Technical Centre, Oldbury Naite, Thornbury, South Gloucestershire, BS35 1RQ.
The VAT registration number for Magnox Limited is 195 8698 28.
