Modern slavery statement

We voluntarily publish annual transparency statements setting out how the Home Office is preventing modern slavery in our operations and supply chains.

The UK’s Transparency in Supply Chains legislation, under the Modern Slavery Act 2015, requires certain large businesses with a turnover of £36 million or more to publish annual modern slavery statements setting out how they are tackling modern slavery in their operations and supply chains.

From 2021 onwards, the Home Office (and other ministerial government departments) will voluntarily publish annual modern slavery statements and provide greater transparency on the measures government departments are taking to prevent exploitation in their operations and supply chains.
