“Internships can be an excellent way to get into the professional jobs market, and the Track and Train scheme will provide graduates with the valuable skills that will help them prepare and get ahead in the world of full-time employment.

“Internships give graduates the chance to apply their education and gain valuable practical work experience as well as offering a short term boost for the employers who can benefit from graduate knowledge and skills, and can test the potential advantages of employing graduates in the longer term.”
