Following the publication of the BBC’s ‘Delivering Quality First’ consultation, the Secretary of State said:

“I have spoken to the Director of BBC Wales Rhodri Talfan Davies to discuss** **the BBC’s ‘Delivering Quality First’ consultation.  I am, as ever keen to protect Welsh broadcasting interests and jobs and will continue to discuss the implications of the consultation for Wales with the BBC.”
