It is always appropriate that we end the year recognising those who have given their time, commitment and dedication to benefit the lives of others.
These Honours acknowledge the extraordinary Welsh men and women from all walks of life who have been selected for their often silent and selfless contribution.
I want to congratulate these Welsh ambassadors who represent the good in our close communities, we are very proud of each and every one of them.
