The position

The Department of Health is appointing expert members to the Committee on Carcinogenicity of Chemicals in Food, Consumer Products and the Environment (COC).

We are seeking members with expertise in one of the following:

  • toxicology

  • pathology

  • pharmacokinetics and metabolism and/or genetic toxicology

Time and Pay

There is no remuneration for these posts but candidates will be eligible to claim allowances for travel and subsistence.

The Department of Health determines the length of appointments, which will be for up to three years.
