The Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS) is redeveloping the UK Market Conformity Assessment Bodies (UKMCAB) service and is looking for volunteers to participate in ongoing user research, to help ensure the service meets the expectations of users.

We are recruiting users for online research sessions to ensure different users requirements are addressed. We are looking for users from all sectors of industry, and from organisations of all size, to ensure we understand the needs of our users.

If you are responsible for conformity assessment of products, your role requires you to use the UKMCAB service or other conformity assessment online tools, and you are interested in helping shape the redevelopment of UKMCAB, then please complete the UKMCAB User Research Participation Form.

Users will be selected from volunteers, based on the information provided on the participation form. This enables us to diversify our user research sessions, at every stage.
