UK visas: Introduction of online payments
All applications for a UK visa made in Turkmenistan must be completed and paid for online in US Dollars from 30 April 2013.
From 30 April 2013 all applications for a UK visa made in Turkmenistan must be completed using our online application system and paid for online in US Dollars before going to the British Embassy visa application centre in Ashgabat to submit a printed copy of the application form and biometric data (fingerprints and photograph).
Appointments to submit applications at the British Embassy visa application centre in Ashgabat should also now be booked online. The introduction of online payments is part of a wider move to allow almost all our customers to apply and pay for their visas online by 2013/14.
