UK parliamentarians visit Hong Kong

APPCG delegation met Chief Justice Geoffrey Ma to discuss legal and judicial developments in Hong Kong and the close links between the two common law jurisdictions. Members of the All Party Parliamentary Group on China (APPCG) are visiting Hong Kong this week on a visit sponsored by the Hong Kong government. Led by Lord Wei – the youngest member of the House of Lords – the parliamentarians’ programme will include meetings with representatives of the government, Legislature and judiciary. The delegation will also discuss trade and investment opportunities with members of the British Chamber of Commerce.
