The Royal United Services Institute experts visit Ashgabat
Experts from the Royal United Services Institute Mr Raffaello Pantucci and Dr Alessandro Arduino were in Ashgabat from 13 to 15 March.
The British Embassy was pleased to welcome Mr Raffaello Pantucci and Dr Alessandro Arduino of the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI) to Turkmenistan from 13 to 15 March 2023. They had a productive three days in Ashgabat where they had the opportunity to meet with several ambassadors and representatives from diplomatic missions.
The experts exchanged views on regional security issues, particularly on Afghanistan and regional economic and business cooperation. They met with experts from the relevant Ministries and the Centre of Strategic Research Institute at the Institute of International Relations under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
RUSI is a leading defence and security think tank in the United Kingdom and the oldest such organisation in the world.
