Kieron Rix, Director of Finance and Corporate Services at HS2 Ltd, will be speaking at the Stirling Capital Infrastructure Conference of pension fund managers and capital providers.
The event, taking place on Friday 14 November, is the biggest of its kind in Europe will be held at the Norton Rose Fullbright LLP Offices in London.
