Seminar: commissioning to transform rehabilitation (17 June 2014)
An overview of this Academy for Justice Commissioning evening seminar, including the speaker's presentation.
This seminar featured:

- Ian Blakeman, Director of Commissioning, National Offender Management Service
The Transforming Rehabilitation programme is bringing significant changes to probation with the creation of the new public sector National Probation Service and 21 private Community Rehabilitation Companies. Together these new organisations will manage all probation services in England and Wales.
In this seminar Colin and Ian each discussed the challenges faced in setting up and managing these new services whilst working within complex delivery environments.
