Review of Artist's Resale Right

Review conducted by the European Commission on the effect of the Artist's Resale Right Directive.

Article 11 of the ARR Directive (2001/84/EC) requires the Commission to submit to the European Parliament, the Council and the Economic and Social Committee a periodic report on the implementation and the effect of this Directive. The Commission’s 2011 report is available from the European Commission website.

The Intellectual Property Office submitted a contribution to inform their report.
