Research for Development joins DFID website

From Wednesday 13 October the web address for the Research for Development (R4D) site will change to www.dfid.gov.uk/R4D.

This was published under the 2010 to 2015 Conservative and Liberal Democrat coalition government

There will be no change to the R4D website itself - R4D will continue to be the portal to DFID’s research. You’ll be able to search the database of project outputs, catch up on the latest research news and receive the latest updates through the RSS feeds.

The only change you should make is to your bookmarks - to update the web address for the site.

The R4D website is being integrated more closely with DFID’s website as part of the UK government’s programme to rationalise the websites it funds and runs - to provide more coherent and user-friendly services to its stakeholders.

R4D is a free access online database containing information about research programmes supported by DFID. The R4D site provides you with the latest information about research funded by DFID, including news, case studies and details of current and past research in over 25,000 project and document records.
