Yet another successful event. British Embassy Tirana held an Inter-ministerial Course with participants from Albania Armed Forces, State Police and National Intelligence. The course, Leadership in Psychology was delivered by Mr. Ronnie McCourt, a retired reservist Colonel, and now lecturer at RMA Sandhurst. Brigardier Nazmi Cahani, Commander of the Albanian Land Forces was also present for the opening of the course.
Psychology of Leadership Course
The course provided useful insights, discussing aspects of psychology that can offer insights into the nature of leadership. The aim of the course was to develop more effective leaders and equip trainees with practical techniques for dealing with the complexities and natural everyday challenges of leadership. The course focused predominantly by actively “doing” rather than listening passively. All participants successfully completed the course.
Mr Ronnie McCourt then held a lecture on Saturday 1 April where he delivered lecture to over 150 students of Durres University.
