Prayer service for Lady Thatcher in St. Vitus Cathedral

An ecumenical prayer service in memory of Lady Thatcher will be held in St. Vitus Cathedral, Prague on Thursday 25 April at 16:30.

An ecumenical prayer service in memory of the Baroness Thatcher LG, OM, former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland will be held in St. Vitus Cathedral, Prague on Thursday 25 April at 16:30.

Recalling Baroness Thatcher´s support to all who struggled against the communist regime behind the ´iron curtain´, Cardinal Dominik Duka OP, Archbishop of Prague invites all who would like to share a moment of prayer and thanksgiving for Baroness Thatcher´s remarkable life to join him at this service.

Prayers will be led by the Rev’d Ricky Yates, Chaplain of St. Clement’s Anglican Episcopal Church in Prague with closing remarks by Cardinal Duka.

All members of the Diplomatic Corps welcome. Invitations open to all.
