PM statement on death of Crown Prince Sultan bin Abd Al Aziz
PM: We have all benefited from his wisdom and expertise in international affairs over his long years of service to the Kingdom.
Prime Minister David Cameron has made a statement following the death of HRH Crown Prince Sultan bin Abd Al Aziz :
I am saddened to hear of the death of HRH Crown Prince Sultan bin Abd Al Aziz of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
He had many friends in this country, and we have all benefited from his wisdom and expertise in international affairs over his long years of service to the Kingdom. I would like to offer my sincere condolences to HM King Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz Al Saud and the people of Saudi Arabia at this sad time.
I know that the ties between our two countries will remain strong and that we will continue to work together for peace, prosperity and justice in the world.
