The following summary of planned new and ongoing road improvements over the coming week is correct as of the above date but could be subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. All our improvement work is carried out with the aim of causing as little disruption as possible.

Bristol

M32 junction 1 to 2: Metro Bus scheme (Bristol City Council works)

Narrow lanes with 50mph speed restrictions are in operation northbound and southbound until the end of September 2016.

M32 junction 3 to 1: Metro Bus Scheme (Bristol City Council works)

There will be a full northbound carriageway closure including junction 2 on slip road from 9pm on 17 February until 6am the following morning. The diversion will be clearly signposted.

M32 junction 1 to 2: Metro Bus Scheme (Bristol City Council works)

There will be a full southbound carriageway closure including junction 2 on slip road from 9pm on 17 February until 6am the following morning. The diversion will be clearly signposted.

M5 junction 18 to 17 (Hallen Hill): drainage and carriageway repairs

Various 24/7 lane closures on northbound carriageway only will commence from 17 January until mid-March 2016.

M5 junction 20 to 19 (Tickenham Hill): drainage and carriageway repairs

Full overnight northbound closures will be in operation from 9pm on 28 January (Monday to Friday only) until 6am on 17 February. Diversion will be clearly signposted. Narrow lanes with 50 mph restrictions on the northbound carriageway will be in operation during the day.

M5 junction 17: street lighting works

The southbound exit slip road will be closed from 8pm on 17 February until 6am the following morning. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

Gloucestershire

M5 junction 13 to 15: drainage works

Narrow lanes with 50mph speed restrictions will be in place on the southbound and northbound carriageway until March 2016.

M5 junction 14 to 12: bridge maintenance

Narrow lanes with 50mph speed restrictions will be in place on the southbound and northbound carriageway until February 2017.

M5 junction 13: bridge maintenance

Northbound entry slip road and southbound exit slip road will be closed from 9pm on 15 February until 6am the following morning. The diversion will be clearly signposted.

A40 Huntley: traffic signal refurbishment

Full carriageway closure will take place from 8pm on 18 February until 6am the following morning. The diversion will be clearly signposted.

Wiltshire

M4 junction 16 on 17: embankment works

Narrow lanes with 50mph speed restrictions will be in place on the westbound carriageway until early March.

A36 Wilton roundabout to College roundabout: resurfacing

Carriageway will be closed nightly from 9pm on 15 February until 6am on 19 February. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

A36 College roundabout to Alderbury: resurfacing

Carriageway will be closed nightly from 9pm on 19 February until 6am on 20 February. The diversion will be clearly signposted.

North Somerset

A36 Limpley Stoke: (third party works) – Wales and West Utilities

24/7 traffic signals will be in operation from 9pm on 15 Feb until early March.
