The following summary of planned new and ongoing road improvements over the coming week is correct as of 13 May 2016 but could be subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. All our improvement work is carried out with the aim of causing as little disruption as possible.

A38 – A50 to A38 entry slip road: drainage and gull repairs

The southbound entry slip road will be closed overnight for one night from 8pm 20 May until 5am the following morning (21 May). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A45 Stonebridge roundabout to M42 junction 6: carriageway resurfacing

The eastbound carriageway will be closed overnight between 7pm and 7am from 16 May until 21 May. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A45 Stonebridge roundabout to M42 junction 6: carriageway resurfacing

The westbound carriageway will be closed overnight between 7pm and 7am from 16 May until 21 May. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A5 Churchbridge Island to Parade junction: footway widening scheme

The eastbound carriageway will be closed overnight between 8pm and 8am from 19 May until 22 May. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A46 Coventry Eastern Bypass: improvement works

The southbound carriageway will be closed overnight from 8pm to 6am on 16 May. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A46 Stonebridge Highway Eastbound: improvement works

The eastbound carriageway will be closed overnight from 8pm to 6am on 16 May. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A500 Porthill: bridge inspections

The carriageway will be closed overnight between 8pm and 5am from 18 May until 20 May. Please note the carriageway will be closed in one direction each night. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M42 junction 11 to junction 10 including junction 11 entry slip road: carriageway resurfacing

The southbound carriageway including the entry slip will be closed overnight for one night from 9pm 16 May until 6am the following morning (17 May). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M42 junction 1 exit slip road: carriageway resurfacing

The southbound exit slip will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am from 16 May until 19 May. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M5 junction 5 entry slip road: smart motorway scheme

The northbound entry slip road will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am from 16 May until 17 May. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M5 junction 5 exit slip road: smart motorway scheme

The northbound exit slip road will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am from 16 May until 20 May. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M5 junction 5 entry slip road: smart motorway scheme

The southbound entry slip road will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am from 17 May until 18 May. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M5 junction 5 exit slip road: smart motorway scheme

The southbound exit slip road will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am on 20 May. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M50 junction 2 exit slip road: carriageway works

The eastbound exit slip road will be closed overnight between 9pm and 5am from 16 May until 21 May. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M50 junction 2 entry slip road: carriageway works

The westbound entry slip road will be closed overnight between 9pm and 5am from 16 May until 21 May. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M50 junction 2 exit slip road: carriageway works

The westbound exit slip road will be closed overnight between 9pm and 5am from 16 May until 21 May. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M6 junction 5 entry slip road: viaduct repairs

The southbound entry slip road will be closed for 24 hours ongoing from 11 January until 30 June. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M6 junction 13 to junction 12, including junction 13 entry slip and junction 12 exit slip road: carriageway resurfacing

The southbound carriageway including the entry and exit slip roads will be closed overnight between 10pm and 8am from 16 May until 22 May. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M6 junction 10A to junction 11, including junction 11 entry slip road: electrical works

The northbound carriageway including the entry slip road will be closed overnight for one night from 9pm 16 May until 6am the following morning (17 May). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M6 junction 10a to junction 11, including junction 11 exit slip road: safety fence repairs

The northbound carriageway including the exit slip road will be closed overnight for one night from 9pm 17 May until 5am the following morning (18 May). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M6 junction 10 entry slip to junction 10A: electrical works

The northbound carriageway including the entry slip road will be closed overnight for one night from 10pm 18 May until 5am the following morning (19 May). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

The southbound link to M6 northbound link will be closed overnight for two nights between 8pm and 6am from 16 May until 18 May. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.
