Thousands of visitors and locals are expected to attend the event which will take place in 3 stages on 29 and 30 April and 1 May.

The race starts on Friday with the first stage taking place from Beverley to Settle, followed by the second stage from Otley to Doncaster, and finishes on Sunday with a final stage from Middlesbrough to Scarborough.

On Saturday 30 April there will be an all day closure on the southbound slip road at junction 36 of the A1(M) preventing people going westbound on the A630 to facilitate the race.

Rolling road closures will take place along parts of the route and Highways England is advising anyone travelling through the area to allow extra time for their journey, or to plan an alternative route or time.
