Osaka, Japan: changes to the UK Visa Service

From 10 March our UK visa application centre in Osaka, operated by VFS Global, will move to the Ripro Minami-Semba Building 10F, 1-3-5 Minami-Semba, Chuo-ku, Osaka City.

Changes to the UK Visa Service

The new visa application centre will be open for submissions on Monday – Friday from 08:00 to 14:00 by appointment only and customers can collect their documents between 11:30 and 13:30. The following optional services will be available to customers:

  • Priority visa service: 3 to 5 days for non-settlement visa customers and 10 working days for settlement visa customers.
  • Internet kiosk, SMS tracking, photocopying service, photo booth and other value added services.
  • From March 31, a new Prime Time service for customers wishing to submit their applications out of normal office hours by appointment between 14:00 and 16:00.
