Accelerated Access Review timeline

There is just under 2 weeks to go to join our online conversation. This is your opportunity to share your ideas and views on how to speed up access to transformative health technology, which includes drugs, devices, diagnostics and digital health products that can help change the lives of NHS patients.

This site sets out the main themes and questions being looked at before the conversation pauses on 11 September for Sir Hugh Taylor, the independent chair, to produce his interim report.

The Accelerated Access Review has the potential to make far-reaching recommendations to government. By listening to patients, service users and professionals, the review is able to gather an in-depth knowledge of how this could be achieved and to find out what’s working well and what needs to be improved.

But to do this, you need to share your views and your innovative ideas, as well as your case studies of what has worked well. This evidence will be what Sir Hugh Taylor will use to help make his recommendations to government. So make sure you find the time to comment.

Have a look at the questions and answer any that reflect your area of interest to help create an open debate and make sure you have your voice heard.
