Medical surge open call

jHub is running a 4 month medical surge with Defence Medical Services. Launch date to be confirmed shortly.

Be part of the next generation of Defence medicine providers.

Does your company specialise in medical technology, process or clinical innovation? Can you assist the Ministry of Defence in improving patient care and outcomes in mental health, musculoskeletal injury or have you developed novel ways to assist prolonged field medical care?

In financial year 2018/19, the jHub has £1 million set aside to assist with piloting innovation ‘solutions’ and JFC has £20 million to ensure successful pilots get into service. This is your chance to impact the future of defence healthcare

We want to hear from you if you are you a world leader in:

  • medical 3D printing
  • AI assisted clinical decision making
  • AR/VR simulation training
  • telehealth technologies
  • medical cold chain logistics or equipment
  • physical rehabilitation
  • any other area of health tech.

Your proposal will go straight to the jHub team for review and possible progression as a jHub project. If successful at pilot, the products will be presented to the JFC Innovation Board with the ultimate aim of getting ‘Capability into the hands of the user’ by finding a funding route into core business.

The online submission service will be open very soon.
