Lord Lieutenant for Wiltshire
Sarah Rose Troughton appointed Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant for the County of Wiltshire.
The Queen has been pleased to appoint Sarah Rose Troughton as Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant for the County of Wiltshire to succeed John Bush when he retires on 5 February 2012.
Biographical Notes
Sarah Rose Troughton has held several voluntary positions both within and outside the County for a number of years. She is currently Chair of Chelsea Physic Garden, President of Community First/Youth Action Wiltshire and a Trustee of The Community Foundation for Wiltshire and Swindon.
Sarah lives near Swindon with her husband, Peter, and has three children and two grandchildren.
