Alliancing is a way of creating a collaborative environment for commissioners and providers to work together even in a competitive world.
Dr Linda Hutchison has been at the forefront of introducing alliance contracting to the public sector and first spoke to Academy members about this collaborative way of working back in 2013. Since then she has been involved in numerous alliance developments in health, care, employment and justice services.
In this free seminar Linda gave an update on the key features of alliancing and alliance contracts and shared the successes, challenges and lessons learned from these alliances.
