From 1 March to 30 March 2015, the opening hours of the Investment Management System (IMS) will be extended from 8am until 8pm, 7 days a week to allow the processing of schemes in the run up to year end, with the exception of agreed change release dates on 5, 12, 19 and 26 March.
There will be no changes to the current support arrangements and IMS will only be supported during office hours. The HCA service desk is open from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. The second-line IMS user support is open between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
On 31 March 2015, IMS will be closing to external users at midday to allow completion of year end activities. It will re-open on Friday 17 April 2015 at 8am.
Scheduled payments that have been approved by 31 March 2015 will be processed on that evening. Approved payments will continue to be paid against normal timescales while IMS is closed.
