Today is International Paralympic Day, a celebration of elite Paralympic sport which gives the public the chance to find out about each of the 20 sports that will make up the London 2012 Paralympic Games.
A range of demonstrations will take place throughout the day in Trafalgar Square, London, including Wheelchair Basketball, Powerlifting and Wheelchair Rugby.
Top international Paralympic athletes including gold medallist Oscar Pistorius will be in action, while spectators can also witness a Guinness World Record moment for Sitting Volleyball.
