Important information for DVLA contact centre customers

The Public and Commercial Services (PCS) Union has called upon its members to take part in Industrial Action on 10 July 2014.

As a result, it is possible that DVLA may only be able to offer a reduced service and you may experience longer waiting times if trying to contact DVLA by phone.

The Contact Centre will be closing at 5.30 pm today and normal service will resume at 8.00 am tomorrow.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.

DVLA online services are available in the driving section of GOV.UK.
