Housing design seminar: creating value through quality

Presentations from the Homes and Communities Agency's housing design seminar held at Wolfson College in Cambridge on 21 May 2015.


The event informed and inspired partners to deliver high quality and well-designed places and included

  • the latest national picture in terms of policy development and the Housing Standards Review
  • case studies from registered providers who have successfully delivered good quality new homes
  • information from local authorities how they can provide design quality in a changing policy environment
